The place to have been in Los Angeles this past Sunday night was at the Actors Fund’s 22nd Tony Awards® Viewing Party at the Skirball Cultural Center. Featuring celebrity “green” carpet arrivals, cocktails, performances, and of course the 2018 Tony Awards® broadcasted live from New York City. The LA evening honored Winnie Holzman, the author of “Wicked the Musical” with the Julie Harris Award for Artistic Achievement.
Among the presenting sponsors of the event was Marjorie Goodson (pictured, left), a proud and active supporter of The Actors Fund’s Career Transition for Dancers, and an avid dancer since childhood.
“I want to thank the Actors Fund for promoting my book, MG. I had a great time and look forward to collaborating with this most worthy organization on my next book, MG.2 (spring 2019). “
